Private-label footwear enquiries need more than a product photo. Buyers must understand the model, size curve, color choices, branding, packaging, and minimum quantities before they can assess a range for their channel.

Present each model as a specification

Assign a model code and show clear views of the footwear, available sizes, size chart, colors, weight if measured, outsole and upper details, and material description. Identify which features are standard and which are custom. If the buyer supplies a reference sample, clarify what can be matched and what requires a new development.

Explain branding and minimums

Separate minimum quantities for stock colors from custom colors, logos, molds, and retail packaging. State whether minimums apply per color, model, size run, or total order. Show logo placement and packaging options, along with any setup charge or artwork requirement. This prevents a low headline MOQ from obscuring a larger custom-order minimum.

Manage sample approval and production

Explain the development sample process, sample charges, estimated timing, and what changes are possible after review. Record the approved model, color, logo artwork, size grading, and packaging before production. State how quality checks are performed and how a buyer can request inspection criteria.

Quote for the target channel

Ask whether the buyer serves retail, promotional, hospitality, or another channel, and confirm the intended destination and order quantities. Quote by model and size assortment, with packing configuration, lead time, payment assumptions, and delivery basis clearly stated.
